Parking

We offer a limited amount school year parking spaces on a first come first-serve basis for an additional fee. There is temporary parking located on Madbury Road which is managed by the town of Durham.

UNH sells “Non-Resident” parking spaces available to off-campus residents at their West Edge and Mast Road parking lots. These passes typically go on sale in July. You can find more information regarding this parking option on their website: UNH Off-Campus Parking Permits

Our Madbury Properties online parking sale will launch on the sale date listed above. The pass request forms on this webpage will track your sign up, including a time stamp of each entry- this will ensure that parking passes are awarded on a first come, first serve basis. Once a pass option has reached capacity, we will allow an additional 5 sign up requests (per pass option) to form our waitlist.
Upon completion of our online form, you will be contacted by a member of our staff alerting you that we have added the charge for your parking pass request and will post a signable parking agreement document to your online Madbury Properties Resident Portal Account. You will be required to remit payment within 24 hours of the sign up to claim your spot. If payment is not received by this deadline, your parking pass reservation will be canceled and the pass sold to our waitlist. View more information and request your parking pass below.

Moped parking passes will be available to purchase on the sale date listed above. They are valid for the duration of the lease term*. To view our parking agreement form and request moped parking please visit our webpage.

*Note: Mopeds must be removed from the parking lot for the winter season by the first snowfall. Specific removal dates will be communicated to you as the winter season nears.

There is no temporary parking located at the property. There are town owned (metered) parking options on the nearby Madbury Road and Pettee Brook Lane parking lot.

Sorry, we don’t offer visitor or temporary parking options at this property. You can pay to park for a few hours at the nearby Madbury Road or Pettee Brooke Lane metered parking lots. For overnight parking we suggest contacting UNH Parking and Transit to see what options may be available.
